Chief Warrant Officer Five Samuel P. Galloway – Quartermaster Hall of Fame 2005
Chief Warrant Officer Five Samuel P. Galloway entered the Army in 1962 and was trained as a Food Service Specialist. He served in Korea, Vietnam, and in Germany with increasing responsibility in food service. In 1974, after becoming a Warrant Officer, CW5 Galloway served in a variety of highly responsible positions including Chief, Food Service Inspector Team, Inspector General, V Corps, Frankfurt, Germany; Director, Food Management Assistance Team, 19th Support Command, Korea; Division Food Advisor, 2nd Infantry Division, Korea; Chief, Army Field Feeding System -Future, Task Force, Quartermaster Center & School, and the Army Food Advisor, Army Center of Excellence, Subsistence, Quartermaster Center & School, Ft. Lee, Virginia
